Those interested in culture and the arts, can enjoy live performances at venues including King George's Hall and Blackburn Empire Theatre. Alternatively, you could head to Blackburn Museum and Art Gallery to experience local heritage alongside ancient artefacts from across the globe.

If you're looking to immerse yourself in the town's history and architecture, take a trip to Blackburn Cathedral. This magnificent building was completed in 1977 but the modern construction replaced an ancient parish church dating back hundreds of years.
