You'll find plenty of amenities in the centre of Hengrove, which is less than a 10-minute walk from your new build home. This includes the Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool for busy parents, Highcroft Veterinary Hospital for pet emergencies, and an Asda and Tesco Express to grab your essentials. Tesco Extra and Morrisons supermarkets are also within a 10-minute drive of our new builds.
There are also several facilities nearby for your health and wellbeing, including the South Bristol Community Hospital and The Armada Family Practice – your local GP. What's more, you can get to Hengrove Park Leisure Centre in under 10 minutes by car.
If you like to explore beautiful green spaces, you won't be short on choices. Burnbush Park is just a mile away, making it well-suited for dog walks or morning runs. Alternatively, you can reach the edge of the Cotswolds in around 20 minutes by car.

Getting around is easy if you don't drive too. Just get the 172, 376 Mendip Explorer or the 515 on Wells Road for a 30-minute journey into the centre. From here, you can use Bristol Temple Meads train station to travel to cities like Cardiff in 50 minutes and London in 90 minutes.
Bristol Airport is only 20 minutes away in the car and has flights to destinations around the world. This includes Santorini, Paris, New York and many more locations.
