Our show homes are undeniably special. We intentionally work with some of the best interior designers to show you how you can inject more awe into each room and your life as a whole. But there’s always one space in our show homes that steals the spotlight.
Our open-plan kitchens never fail to bring out the ‘oohs’ and the ‘ahhs’ from our buyers and many of you love them so much, you replicate the looks when you move in.
This month, we’ve taken a look at some of our favourites.
With light enhancing skylight windows and fabulous French doors, the family dining area in the Ashop at The Fairways features soft pink walls, a deep blue sofa and a black, rattan natural sideboard to provide a contrast and create a rustic-natural feel.
It’s been decorated with a young family in mind and the only thing missing is the people, the love and the laughter.
The kitchen in The Dunham at Calico Grove is a pale grey colour, but the neutral stone areas really complement the finish and the marble effect worktop creates an opulent feel. It also features wallpaper with a brassic leaf design, touching on elements of nature, and we’ve also gone big with texture by adding velvet seats and introducing florals in the artwork.
This space is intended to be a social space, so we’ve created a family seating area at Calico Grove, which can also be used as an area to entertain.
With a crisp linen sofa, the open-plan kitchen / family space in The Brathay at Radclyffe Green features a soft fur throw and sits alongside a woven coffee table with seagrass mats.
The focal point in the dining area is a detailed, quilted leather dining set. Meanwhile, the desk in the corner can be used to work from home, but rather than being boxed off from the family, you can still feel a part of the day-to-day.
The decor in The Blyth at Millbank Lock reflects a family area with a multi-functional use. We’ve added a desk against the wall so the kitchen can double up as an office space during the day and also added some statement prints to the wall, creating a super modern feel.
It takes inspiration from the local area of Partington, a town surrounded by countryside. So the kitchen brings nature into the interior with lots of plants incorporated throughout.
